Faculty recruitment advertising templates were developed to increase awareness of UBC’s brand among potential candidates, and to help attract people who are a best fit for the University—those who will be happy and successful here. The ads convey UBC’s differentiators as an employer: the opportunity for faculty to make a contribution and to innovate and learn in wide ranging areas, as well as the institution’s longevity. Templates are available for print ads, and web banners can be used online.
