Subject: CUPE 2950 General Wage Increase, 2015
We are pleased to advise that HR and Payroll have implemented the General Wage Increases (GWIs) negotiated between the parties during collective bargaining for staff who are members of CUPE 2950.
Staff who are members of CUPE 2950
1.0% GWI effective April 1, 2015
This will require the payment of retroactive wages. Both the 1% GWI and the retroactive pay will appear on the July 15, 2015, paycheque (July 23 for hourly paid employees).
Future GWIs for this group will take place as follows:

|February 1, 2017||1.00%|
|April 1, 2017||0.50%|
|February 1, 2018||1.0%|
|April 1, 2018||0.5%|
|February 1, 2019||1.0%|
Funding of General Wage Increases
The Budget Office will notify you as soon as possible about funding arrangements for the above increases, once we have been advised by the Provincial Government.
