Subject: Important Instructions Arising from a Grievance Settlement between the University and the Association of Administrative and Professional Staff (AAPS)
The University recently entered into an agreement with AAPS. Pursuant to that agreement we are informing you that if at any time you are considering entering into an individual agreement with an AAPS member that would provide for different terms and conditions of employment than are set out in the Agreement on Conditions and Terms of Employment (ACTE), you are to inform your HR Advisor of the situation prior to any substantive negotiations taking place with the employee.
