Download your personalized coverage card
Visit the Sun Life plan member site, click on “my coverage” and print a copy of your coverage card under “Resources.” This card includes the Allianz Global Assistance phone numbers and your group and certificate number/member ID that you will have to provide Allianz Global Assistance in the event of a medical emergency.
